MEET SARAH
“My favorite part of coaching with GK is getting to watch people discover that there are things they can DO to improve – quickly, simply and repeatably. I can’t tell you how many times I get asked what to do if “I’m nervous” or “I don’t feel confident.” Many of us feel that way, they’re certainly not alone. Teaching them to use GK’s kinesthetic tools, they in fact can improve without having to worry about thinking or feeling their way out of the problem. It’s a real revelation, and very freeing!”
