BIOGRAPHY

Chiara Motley is a Senior Executive Coach with GK Training, specializing in professional presence, vocal production, poise, and composition. With an extensive background in coaching and entrepreneurial development, she helps top professionals in law, pharmaceuticals, accounting, finance, and advertising refine their communication and leadership skills.

Chiara helps her clients determine what they want to convey, structure their messaging effectively, and deliver it with confidence and clarity. Recent individual coaching clients include lawyers at three of the top 10 Am Law 100 firms, the managing partner of the Seattle office of another AmLaw 100 firm, and a Senior Director at a top-five sports marketing and talent agency. In addition to her coaching work, Chiara has been a keynote speaker for the Professional Development Consortium, WISE – Women in Sports, and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.

Chiara holds a Master of Fine Arts from The National Theatre Conservatory in Denver, CO, and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University, where she studied English, composition, and linguistics alongside theatre. She was awarded the Evelyn M. Draper Prize for Performance and graduated with distinction. She is also an alumna of Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts.

Her approach to coaching is deeply informed by her career in the arts. As a performer and voiceover artist, Chiara has appeared in national commercials, voiceover projects, and stage productions across the country.
